The Mommy Maids provide a wide range of services, including vacation rental turnovers, residential, and light commercial. Let us design a customized solution for your cleaning needs. We offer flexible options to meet your needs: Daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-time services for residential and light commercial are available. We require a minimum 2 hours of service.
Light commercial services including: Office cleaning, vacation rental turnovers and property management, move in/move out cleanings, sale prep, foreclosure maintenance, garage clean outs, first level window cleaning, and pressure washing.
We feature flat rate pricing for indoor residential maintenance cleaning in Citrus county. For initial cleanings, one-timers, and a la carte services, the cost is $45 per cleaner per hour for all indoor services. Regularly scheduled follow up/maintenance cleanings will be quoted on site upon completion of the initial visit and based on scope of work and frequency. All outdoor work will be quoted on site.
